Overview

The Indy Arts Council will manage the 180 in Color mini grant program for the 180 Alliance. The Arts Council has relationships with artists and familiarity with the grant management process and doing public art with grant funding. They are bringing significant match to the table for ineligible administrative tasks and to be sure the process compensates the artists fairly in accordance with standard practices in the arts community.
